We’ve been having overnight rains pretty steadily for the past while. I’ve noticed it’s had an effect on the platform feeder.
In the blue jaw photo I posted a few days back, there’s just a single blade of green visible on the platform. There are 5 days between that photo and this one, and you can see how seeds have start to root under a layer of wood on the platform feeder.
We’re going to have to come up with something to replace this. It’s long past its expiry date!

I vote for hummingbird feeders. Nothing like getting the little buggers hopped up on sugar to see what evil little buzz bombers they really are, LOL.
