I found some lovely new things growing this morning!
The first was the sudden appearance of these mushrooms on a dead tree.
They were not there, yesterday!
Meanwhile, my mother’s honeysuckle just exploded with flowers!
It is so good to have the rain, after last year’s drought!

Very nice pics. A year ago I had a mimosa tree suddenly just uproot and fall. I noticed days before mushrooms had just popped up beside it. Nature is amazing

Do you think there was a connection between the mushrooms and the tree falling?

Yes. Someone told me that the mushrooms spring up if the roots are dead. Of course this was after it hit the ground with a boom.
