I’ve gone through a new batch of photos of critters at the feeding station outside our living room window, that I will be posting from over the next while.
I got a lot of pictures of these beauties, this time!

Love it when the light brings out the incredible blues on our blue jays.
He seems to be giving me the side-eye, like he’s suspicious of me! :-D

Pileated woodpecker
We don’t see these guys often – though we certainly hear them! They’re not as photo friendly as the downy woodpeckers we see more often.
My daughter managed to snag a couple of photos – and in one of them, it was mostly hidden by the tree! – before it took off.
Love that incredible red!
