The original video I saw was from a livestream and 45 minutes long. I admit, I had to skip through it, so I picked a shorter video to share here.

I would totally do something like this. Okay, I wouldn’t be doing 350+ cats, but between the inside and outside cats right now, we total over 50 already. I would lovelovelove to have something like this where we could take in the cats that no one else will.
Because I am a total suck for the cats, and it hurts my heart to know that there are so many out there that are hurting or going hungry or sitting in shelters and no one is adopting them. Plus, having the space so that we don’t have to have situations like we have right now, were there’s too many cats for our space, and it’s so hard to get them adopted, even with the help of a shelter.

The Cats House on Kings Road, in central Calif, has 700-1200 cats at any given time. I was hoping to visit but they cancelled the spring open house event.

It is! And so is the volunteer staff.
My fave story is that she gave up the residences (I’ve heard there are 2) after one of the rescued cats barfed… IN HER EAR!

I love cats too but two of my family are allergic to them so having them in my house for long time is out of the question. I did babysit for my grand daughters baby cat while she was in school and the kitten got to attached to me so I had to wing her for the outside. My grand daughter has nine cats in all, all out side cats. She brings them sometimes but they have to stay in her room and when her sister comes for a visit they cannot come in at all. I don’t think I would so something like you want to do but I admire you for wanting to keep them safe.

I am so glad I don’t have a cat allergy! That would really make things difficult. The property came with cats! 😁
