Now we don’t have hot water.
There is tepid water, but no hot water.
We’ve already had our tank replaced on warranty twice – normally, it would never be done more than once, and we know we won’t be able to get another warranty tank.
*sigh*

Oh dear! I’m so sorry. I’m hoping it’s something fixable like a heating element? We had one replaced several years ago when our water went lukewarm and it fixed the problem.

It might be the bottom element. The anode rod likely needs replacing, too.
Since the original tank died, just after we moved here, this is our third modern hot water tank. Our well water is brutal on tanks and kettles, and I shudder to think what it’s doing to our well pump and pressure tank!
