It still makes me giggle, every time, that we do this like some sort of illicit drug deal.
Though the way things are going with the powers that be, I might not be far off the mark. So many groups are now calling to end the eating of meat, especially beef, I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to make it illegal.
Hopefully, sanity will prevail.
Until then, let’s appreciate a fuzzy orange belly and all those toe beans!

The only bugs I’ve eaten has been by accident. LOL I know some cultures have no problem eating grubs and insects, but I don’t think they’d be doing that with the ones we’ve got out here. LOL
There have been people saying we should stop eating meat and eat insects instead for as long as I can remember. The push is much stronger and more mainstream now, though, because Climate Change!!!1!!!
I have a real problem when schools are handing out bags of dried crickets to kids in class to eat, without parental consent. Kids can’t even have peanut butter sandwiches anymore, because someone might be allergic, but hey! Let’s make them crunch on these bugs in class! No one’s allergic to crickets, right? *grrrr*
