We got visited by a whole bunch of deer this morning!

We had 7 in total. I was able to get some video.

We have a total of 5 that come out regularly, and rarely all at once. Which means that this morning, we’ve got two completely new deer here, along with the regulars.

I think when I put the deer feed out tomorrow, I will spread the piles further apart!

It was snowing throughout the morning, so the feed was already mostly covered, plus the birds are quick to eat a lot of it, too. Still, there was enough under the snow for them to have a quick bight.

I wonder if, next year, we should get a hay bale? :-D

You might notice in the videos that there is a grey something on the window that’s kinda in the way.

It’s feathers. We have a couple of them on this window, and another on the dining room window. These are from when a bird hits the window hard enough to leave some feathers behind!!
