They can be so cute!

And so destructive!
Shadow has taken to cuddling me at night, but his sister, Tin Whistle, has taken to having a party on my daughter’s bed.
While she’s in it.
It’s gotten so bad, the girls are looking at building a door. The upstairs is two rooms, and we only ever had a curtain over the opening between them. If they want to get any sleep, they need to make a door to fit.
Plus, we need to get these teenagers adopted!
Beyond that, we are having another quiet day of domesticity. I expect to be heading out tomorrow to do put shopping for New Years, and run other errands.
It’s such a gorgeous day, today. Clear blue skies, sunshine and temperatures just below freezing. T-shirt weather! 😄
The Re-Farmer

Half your readers probably think you’re joking about the T-Shirt weather. It’s amazing how adaptive humans are though.
I can relate to the cat problem too. We got a calico about a year ago, and she’s overflowing with catitude. Won’t leave poor Machi alone and we can’t let her sleep with us either. She’d chase Machi and tear up the bedroom all night.

Yup! In the summer, anything below 10C is sweater weather. In the winter, anything warmer than -10C is T-shirt weather! Lol
These kittens were supposed to be adopted out awhile ago, but then the lady who runs the rescue that’s helping us had her life turned upside down! They did finally sell their house, though, which buying the new house was contingent on. They just managed to have their first Christmas in their new house!
